In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the win456 Platform — whether by registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the win456 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 These Terms apply in conjunction with win456's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game, promotion, or competition rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

3.1 To register and use win456, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily through win456's tools or by any relevant authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a win456 employee who has access to non-public Platform data or odds information.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.

3.2 win456 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension pending review.

4.1 Each individual may hold only one Account on the win456 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or affiliated Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport.
• Date of birth.
• Valid email address that you actively control.
• Active mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• Bank account or e-wallet details linked to your identity for withdrawal purposes.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. win456 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify win456 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting [email protected]. win456 will suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

4. 5 win456 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.

5.1 win456 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

5.2 The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your win456 Account, confirming that the payment method belongs to you.
• Source of Funds: In cases where deposit volumes are unusually high, win456 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds, such as a recent payslip, tax return, or business financial statement.

5.3 All KYC documents must be submitted in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) or English. Documents in other languages must be accompanied by a certified translation.

5.4 win456 will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days of receiving a complete documentation set. Players will be notified of the outcome by email.

6.1 All deposits to win456 Accounts must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). win456 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency transfer will be rejected and returned at the sender's cost.

6.2 win456 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

6.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review.

6.4 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within the processing times set out below:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 60 seconds during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
• Bank Transfer (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata): Within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Instant, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

6.5 win456 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which win456 accepts no liability.

6.6 Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. win456 will reject and return any deposit originating from a third-party account, and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.

7.1 Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, provided that their Account is fully KYC-verified and their Balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 50.000.

7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a pre-registered bank account or e-wallet confirmed during KYC verification. win456 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (all supported banks): Within one (1) business day of the request being approved.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Within two (2) hours of approval during operational hours (06:00–24:00 WIB).

7.4 win456 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Where a bank imposes a transfer fee, this will be communicated transparently before the withdrawal is confirmed.

7.5 win456 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request for up to five (5) business days if the request triggers a compliance review, including but not limited to requests that appear inconsistent with the Player's normal betting patterns, requests following a large single win, or requests made before a recently deposited sum has been wagered through at least once.

7.6 In the event that a withdrawal is declined, win456 will notify the Player by email within 24 hours of the decision, stating the reason for the decline where permitted by applicable compliance obligations.

8.1 win456 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 season openers, Piala AFF fixtures, Idul Fitri, and other calendar events relevant to the Indonesian market.

8.2 All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who hold a fully verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion's terms explicitly state that multiple claims are permitted.
• Bonus Credit must be wagered through the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion of the Bonus Credit or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified on each promotion. Bonus Credit that has not been wagered through within this period will expire automatically.
• Minimum odds requirements for qualifying bets will be stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion.
• win456 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or reclaim Bonus Credit where it determines that a promotion has been abused, misused, or exploited in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

8.3 Players who use strategies designed to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus stacking, and systematic low-risk wagering to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine participation — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts flagged for enhanced monitoring.

9.1 All bets placed on win456 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within each betting category and game lobby on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 A bet is considered accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed by the win456 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the Player. win456 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.

9.3 win456 offers markets on, among others: BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Timnas Indonesia matches, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika Grand Prix), e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws including Singapore, Sydney, Hongkong, and Macau pools.

9.4 In the event of an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market due to a technical fault — win456 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. win456 will make commercially reasonable efforts to honour correctly priced bets placed in good faith.

9.5 win456 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market, game, or Player Account at any time, including where it determines that the betting pattern of a Player poses an unacceptable level of risk to the Platform's commercial sustainability.

9.6 Bets placed on markets involving sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting wagering) are subject to the specific rules published in the sabung ayam section of the Platform. Results are determined by the official outcome declared by the presiding event organizer and are final.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win456 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided and the Account suspended.
• Using win456 to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing win456 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the win456 Platform without prior written consent.

10.2 Upon detecting prohibited conduct, win456 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all pending and settled bets; withhold the Account Balance pending investigation; and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11.1 win456 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. We take our duty of care to Players seriously and provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings.

11.2 Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, you cannot deposit, bet, or access bonus offers.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any win456 content without prior written consent from win456.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

• Any unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

13.2 win456's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or connected to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their win456 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits win456's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

14.1 win456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — will be communicated to Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

14.2 Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 Players who do not agree with any amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.4 The version of these Terms currently published on the Platform supersedes all previous versions. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming regulations and general principles of commercial law.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.4 Notwithstanding the above, win456 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
